Kaitlin Atlas to Discuss 2021-2022 School Year Concerns in IASA’s Legal Seminar

Hodges Loizzi associate Kaitlin Atlas will analyze anticipated legal issues and concerns that school leaders are facing regarding the upcoming school year and COVID-19 in the Illinois Association of School Administrators’ Legal Seminar on Wednesday, August 4 at 10 am CST.

In the webinar, “IASA Legal Seminar: COVID-19 Issues Facing Schools,” Kaitlin will join panelists to address the pressing legal questions superintendents are facing regarding the 2021-2022 school year including:

  • Liability risks districts face regarding face mask refusal
  • Bargaining implications for COVID-19 plans
  • How remote learning will look this school year
  • And more

This seminar is free to members of the IASA and will be held virtually via Zoom. Superintendents are invited to submit questions.
