Hodges Loizzi is proud to announce the 2021 class of new partners, attorneys Jessica Nguyen and Frazier Satterly.

Jessica practices in all areas of school law, with a primary concentration in the areas of student and special education issues. She routinely counsels school districts regarding student discipline, student records, residency, special education, and other student-related matters. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced special education law in Pennsylvania, representing students with disabilities and their families in administrative proceedings. Jessica received her J.D. from Catholic University of America and holds a B.A. in History from Northwestern University.

Frazier practices in all areas of school and municipal law, with a focus on litigation and labor/personnel issues. Frazier has represented clients on a wide range of matters in state and federal court and before various administrative agencies. She also routinely advises clients on collective bargaining and contract administration issues. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to Justice Daniel L. Schmidt in the Third District of the Illinois Appellate Court. Frazier received her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a B.B.A. in finance.
