Partner Jeff Goelitz and fellow panelists will discuss employee discipline with regard to social media at Chicago-Kent College of Law’s 37th Annual Illinois Public Sector Labor Relations Law Conference on December 2 from 9:10 to 10:25 am CT.
The conference will be held virtually over two days, with pre-recorded sessions and live Q&A segments. As a program of Chicago-Kent’s Office of Continuing Legal Education, there will be opportunity to earn 7.5 MCLE credits upon participation and completion of all sessions.

Jeff represents Illinois schools and school leaders, focusing primarily on labor and personnel issues. He has guided school boards through numerous contract negotiations with teachers and staff and frequently advises superintendents and HR professionals on RIFs, evaluations, grievances, and employee misconduct investigations and termination cases.
