“What Is to Come in 2021-Personnel/Labor in the Post-COVID World” by Cindi DeCola and Jeff Goelitz, which highlights what personnel and labor will look like after COVID-19 and what administrators can expect to change in the workplace after COVID, will be presented at 11:00 AM.
