Jennifer Mueller Rosenberg
Jennifer Mueller Rosenberg practices in all areas of school law, with a concentration in student and special education matters. She is a member of the National and Illinois Council of School Attorneys. Ms. Rosenberg is licensed in Illinois and Colorado.
Ms. Rosenberg joined the firm in 2010 and, in 2019, was the Chief Legal Counsel and General Counsel for the Colorado Association of School Boards. She also served in positions with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), taught mathematics in the School District of Philadelphia, and conducted research for the Consortium for Policy Research in Education (CPRE) at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Rosenberg received her bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University, her master’s degree in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, and her law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law.
