Jessica Nguyen represents school districts with a primary concentration in the areas of student issues and special education. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced special education law in Pennsylvania, representing students with disabilities and their families in administrative proceedings.
Prior to law school, Ms. Nguyen worked as an educator in Washington, D.C. at a public charter school. During law school, she interned at the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission and National Women’s Law Center and also participated in the Family and the Law Clinic and Consumer Protection Project at Columbus Community Legal Services, representing low-income individuals in matters involving domestic violence, family law, bankruptcy, and debt collection. She received her J.D. from Catholic University of America in 2012 and holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Northwestern University. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Illinois.
