As an associate in the firm, Kevin Thompson practices in all areas of school and municipal law. Kevin works with clients to provide creative solutions to complex school law issues, including corporate governance, employment, and student matters. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin gained valuable experience in education as a social studies teacher and as a student extern at Columbia Law School’s Center for Public Research and Leadership, providing consulting services to partnering school districts and drafting state-level legislative policy proposals.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys playing guitar, thrifting, watching the Kansas City Chiefs, cooking Filipino food, and visiting his friends and family in Kansas.
