As an associate in the firm, Kaitlin Atlas concentrates her practice in the areas of students and special education. Kaitlin has experience handling a variety of matters related to students protected by disability laws including determining eligibility, disciplinary procedures, and interim alternative placements. She regularly advises schools on student discipline issues, allegations of discrimination, comprehensive policy reviews, and has extensive experience managing special education disputes and the successful resolution of due process hearings.  

Clients turn to Kaitlin for her innovative and effective skills in managing disputes at IEP meetings. Kaitlin is a frequent presenter to school districts across the state on the myriad of student and special education issues that impact school districts.  

In her spare time, Kaitlin enjoys exercise, spending time with her dog, and exploring the great outdoors.
