James Levi, the firm’s managing partner, concentrates his practice in the areas of construction, real estate, and finance matters. James has extensive experience in these areas within the realm of judicial and administrative proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings. In addition, James works with clients to provide creative solutions to complex school law issues such as lease-purchase agreements, alternative financing arrangements for the acquisition of real estate, and the preparation of construction contracts for sophisticated project delivery methods.

Clients know that James brings a direct, yet collaborative perspective and set of abilities to his work, resulting in proven and effective results to meet their needs. James believes that the goal in practicing law is to achieve his clients’ desired outcome to the extent legally possible.

In his spare time, James spends time fishing with his sons, traveling with his wife and children, and enjoying the great outdoors.
