As a partner in the firm, Dean Krone specializes in the representation of municipalities and counsels school districts, library districts, townships, and other local governments in situations where they must interact with municipalities. With over 30 years of experience in this area, Dean’s wealth of local government experience gives him a unique insight into the day-to-day matters facing municipalities.

In 2019, Dean was the featured subject of the Leading Lawyers Magazine, Real Estate Edition article, Bridging Differences for School Districts and Local Governments, which highlighted his experience in real estate development, various forms of tax incentives, including tax increment financing (TIF districts) and tax abatements, and intergovernmental agreements. Dean’s clients are confident that he tirelessly works to protect their interests and ensure they reach their goals.

In his spare time Dean enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
