As a partner in the firm, Frazier Satterly concentrates her school law practice in litigation and labor and personnel issues. She represents clients in a wide variety of litigation before administrative agencies and in state and federal court, including employment disputes arising under Title VII, the Equal Pay Act, and the ADA. Frazier also has extensive experience advising school boards on collective bargaining and personnel issues, including employee misconduct, investigations, grievances, and labor arbitrations. Clients turn to Frazier for her innovative and effective skills in managing all facets of the employer/employee relationship. This includes counseling clients on implementing proactive measures to avoid unnecessary litigation.
Frazier understands that the practice of law is not a one size fits all approach. She firmly believes that being a zealous advocate for school districts means discussing their needs and working collaboratively to reach practical solutions that allow administrators and educators to focus on what they do best—providing their students with a first-rate education.
Outside of the office, Frazier enjoys mountain biking, soccer, hiking, and spending time with her husband and young daughter. A native Kentuckian, she is an avid University of Kentucky basketball fan who enjoys bourbon and occasionally dabbles in gardening.
