As a partner in the firm, Tina Christofalos concentrates her school law practice on issues arising throughout all stages of the employment relationship. She advises clients on matters such as workplace discrimination, health and safety, wage and hour issues, employee handbooks, termination, and disciplinary action. Tina also counsels employers in traditional labor matters including collective-bargaining, grievance arbitration, unfair labor practice charges, and has extensive experience representing school districts in administrative hearings before state and federal agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Illinois Department of Human Rights. 

Employers turn to Tina for her innovative and effective skills managing reductions-in-force and dismissalsKnown for her attention-to-detail, Tina’s ability to advise clients of their options, including any potential legal risks, in simple and straight-forward terms, ensures she supports them in achieving their goals. 

In her spare time, Tina enjoys watching cooking shows and mysteries and spending time with family and friends.
