Tony Senagore, an associate at Hodges Loizzi, focuses his corporate practice in property tax appeals, school and municipal finance, and real estate law. Tony has substantial experience representing school districts in property tax assessment appeals before the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board, property tax exemption applications before the Illinois Department of Revenue, and tax rate objections in circuit courts across Illinois. Tony also advises school districts and municipalities on property tax incentives, abatement agreements, levies, and real estate tax liens.

Clients turn to Tony for his innovative and effective skills in managing complex property tax, finance, and real estate matters. Using his vast knowledge in those areas, Tony helps school districts protect their property tax revenue. Tony also has a proven ability to break down technical legal and financial issues into understandable terms so his clients can make informed decisions.

Before joining the firm, Tony represented Fortune 500 companies and the owners of residential, commercial, and industrial real estate in property tax assessment appeals. In his spare time, Tony enjoys running, reading novels, and playing board games with friends and family.
