In addition to general Board matters, their practices span the full range of personnel and labor issues – including employee investigations, union organizing campaigns, employment contract negotiations, and reductions-in-force. Cindi and Tony have each negotiated hundreds of collective bargaining agreements and “MOUs,” and they’re pairing together for this workshop to share their collective wisdom and experience. IASA is the state’s premier advocacy organization for school administrators with nearly 1,750 members and a history of promoting excellence in education dating back to 1946. IASA offers members high-quality professional development that strengthens the work of superintendents and prepares future leaders for the superintendency.
